Class Descriptions
CAP FIT IS ADDING CLASSES ALL THE TIME
CORE Core exercises are those that challenge the muscles that make up the torso, spine and pelvis. These exercises strengthen and train your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance, stability and better form. Includes kettlebell, medicine ball use and so much more!
CIRCUIT TRAINING Workouts involve multiple sets and reps in continuous series of exercises. C/T is great for weight loss, muscle tone and conditioning.
WEIGHT TRAINING Focus on using a wide variety of weight training equipment and methods. Work on improving muscle hypertrophy and strength. In class your training will be measured and calculated in order to show monthly results.
CROSS TRAINING Constantly varied exercises that work multiple muscle groups. Often one activity works certain muscle groups, but not others, cross-training aims to eliminate this. You will perform multiple types of exercises, including some CrossFit/Functional Training type workouts.
BOOT CAMP Weekly high intensity workouts Capilli style! An hour and a half includes stretching, warm ups and all training class techniques. Burn calories and maximize results in a fun friendly environment!
YOGA Promotes relaxation, reduces stress and improve some medical conditions. Yoga is considered to be a low-impact activity that can provide the same benefits as any well-designed exercise program, increasing general health and stamina, and improving those conditions brought about by sedentary lifestyles.
